Michelle brings to Carlson Law Group over 20 years of diverse legal experience in both military and civil service roles, where she provided strategic and administrative support to multidisciplinary legal teams and senior leaders across the Department of Defense.

Throughout her career, Michelle has managed complex administrative discharge programs, reviewed and processed medical and legal claims, and provided paralegal support across multiple jurisdictions, both in the U.S. and abroad. Known for her reliability, organization, and attention to detail, she brings a results-driven approach to supporting attorneys and clients alike.

Michelle is dedicated to ensuring clients receive efficient, thorough, and professional legal support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, retired MSgt Chacaro Guess, and their three children, Sydnie, Kai, and Kayden.
